Beginner Art Series: Introduction to Gouache Painting

The least known water based painting medium, Gouache was used by many well known painters including Matisse, Magritte, Edward Hopper, Paul Klee and many modern masters (Calder and even Pollack). This class was formed by popular demand from beginning artists in Caroline's Beginner's Guide to Painting. Once they used the medium her students fell in love with it and thus we created the first class to concentrate on this wonderful medium. Learn how to use it to create intricate designs, illustrations and find your own style.
